When I first started looking into the blackballing of Nicki Minaj, I started following some Barbz and speaking privately to some. From what I was seeing, I wrote that Nicki needs to cater more to her female demographic and I challenge the girls to stop allowing the boys and messy Barbz(which includes some girls) to stop being the face of Nicki's fanbase. I had pushback and a popular Barbz started a "Yaya is homophobic" campaign against me. Unfortunately, for him, I don't recommend people do what I'm not willing to do or currently doing. My target demographic are WOMEN. So, I don't care if gay boys follow me or not. So, when I saw this it made me happy. I don't know what the original Tweet was but I see it was deleted. I am just happy that a FEMALE Barbz saw a problem and spoke the fck up. I remember when I would speak privately to the girl Barbz and they came off so passive. They only wanted to report pages, but never be vocal in fear of boy Barbz or someone else coming at them. I felt it hurt Nicki to have only the messy fans speaking on her behalf. I love this because y'all can't rely on people like me to speak for or to Barbz. I don't know y'all lingo, I don't know why certain photos make y'all emotional, I don't know what happened in 2011 that made Nicki sad. If it weren't for this Blackballing, y'all probably wouldn't even know who I was. So, I am so happy to see a change before Nicki drops her 5th thing-thing.
